On Friday, December 1st, the 5th Transnational Project Meeting of QUEST took place in Selinunte (Sicily), hosted by the Phoenicians’ Route.
The partners had the chance to discuss the outputs of the project and plan future activities: the blended mobility program and the activities to be carried out both online and in the hosting organizations’ headquarters, the period of the internships in Selinunte, Montepisano, Larnaka and Granada, the tasks to be completed for the cooperation policies and methodologies of education in the field of tourism, the development of the handbook on roles and skills in the new tourism professions and cultural heritage.
The fruitful meeting ended with a guided tour to the Archaeological Park of Selinunte, the largest one in Europe. With its breathtaking remains, it still shows the magnificence of one of the most important Greek colonies in ancient time.
The following day, on December 2nd, the Multiplier event organized by Phoenicians’ Route took place in the Baglio Florio Museum of Selinunte, with the participation of project partners, policy makers, higher education institute and stakeholders.
Next transnational project meeting will be held online on January 17th, 2024.
